My transition into the security industry was a natural progression from my distinguished military career in HM Forces, where I served from 2007 to 2023. During my service, I honed my skills in team leadership under high-pressure conditions. In 2012, I began working in the civilian security sector, further solidifying my foundation in security operations. After my military service, I focused on frontline close protection, applying my strategic insights to safeguard high-profile clients. I thrive on the dynamic and challenging nature of security work, particularly the responsibility of protecting individuals and addressing issues in real-time. My leadership style is diverse, combining situational, transformational, collaborative, and decisive approaches to effectively guide my team through various scenarios.
